• To ensure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable experience, we kindly request that trailers be returned in the same condition they were received.Standard cleaning is included at no charge, and we expect reasonable wear after a trip (light sweeping, surface wipe-downs, removal of trash, etc.).However, if the trailer requires more than one hour of cleaning due to excessive dirt, spills, pet hair, or improper waste disposal, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.This helps cover the time and supplies needed to return the unit to rental-ready condition for the next guest.Tips to avoid the cleaning fee:Wipe down counters and appliancesSweep floorsRemove all trash and personal itemsEmpty any tanks (if applicable)Return kitchen and gear items cleanWe appreciate your care and cooperation — it helps us continue providing high-quality service to every guest.
