- 2-Burner Stove & propane
- Window fan w/ adjustable settings
- Collapsible sink, drying rack, soap, & 10 gal of filtered drinkable water provided
- 75qt cooler
- 1st Aid Kit
- Lantern & Flashlight
- Microfiber towel
- 2 camp chairs (must add to reservation during checkout)
- Large grass mat + small doormat

Please treat our cherished camping trailers as if they were your own. Maximum speed of 75mph while towing. Do not ever stand on the fenders (use inside ledge of door if you need to access roof rack). No smoking of any kind inside of the trailer.

Jess & Dianne were wonderful hosts to work with, who clearly enjoy what they do. Saved us significant travel hassle and cost with their convenient pick-up locations. Thorough and accomidating process during check-out/in eased any remaining uncertainties. Communication was excellent during the entire trip. Their attention to detail in selecting, recommending, and equipping the amenities was top notch. Loved the electric heated mattress! Will certainly call again for our next trip in the area.

Jessica (and her dad Guy) were super easy to work with. Her Sunset Teardrop was perfect for my wife, myself and our dog. 4 days up at Big Lake was the perfect little get away from the heat of the valley. I’ll definitely keep Jessica in mind for the next time we need a break from the heat. Thanks Jessica!
