Enjoy premium amenities such as a fireplace, full kitchen, and outdoor Party Center. This RV can sleep up to 10 people. There are 2 bedrooms...bedroom 1 has a king bed (nectar mattress) and ensuite bathroom....bedroom 2 has 1 queen sofa pull out, with 2 oversized twins in an L-shaped loft configuration and a bathroom that has a backdoor (secondary entrance/exit) leading outside. The living room has 1 king sofa pull out, and options for 2 single beds on the floor. All beds except for the master (nectar mattress) have Millard tri-fold memory foam toppers. There are 2 full-sized bathrooms w/walk-in showers, 3 TVs and DVD players. The kitchen is stocked full of supplies to help you cook delicious meals and a large residential refrigerator for keeping food cool. Sit back and relax in 2 recliners while you watch your favorite program on the 40” TV or gather around the table playing fun games. Outside take advantage of 2 separate awnings to provide relief from the sun and explore your grill master potential on the propane grill while enjoying the outdoor Party Center, fully loaded with a mini fridge, 40” TV and countertop space for the essentials. The RV is equipped with an electronic keypad for easy entry and exit. What's includedKitchen supplies: Pots/pans with lids, strainer, knife set, cutting boards, cooking utensils, eating utensils, coffee pot with mugs, toaster, plates, bowls, mixing bowls, tupperware set for leftovers, whisks, measuring cups and spoons, greese trap, 2 burner glass cooktop (electric), electric stand alone oven, 2 pyrex casserole dishes, 1 pizza pan, casserole pans, cookie sheet, blender, pitcher, Brita filtration water cooler (27 cup capacity), can opener, wine/beer opener, can koozies.Fresh linens, 4 camping chairs, board/card games, 10 pillows, blankets, throw blankets, 10 beach towels, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels. Liquid Hand soap in bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash in each bathroom in a shower stall dispenser. Alternatively, 1 bar of Caress soap and/or 1 bar of Irish Spring bar soap.Cleaning supplies: all purpose cleaner, 1 roll of paper towels, RV safe toilet paper, tissues, trash cans with bags, broom and dustpan. RecommendationsThere are many locations to explore throughout central Florida. We recommend visiting locations such as Lakeland RV Resort, Cabana Club in Auburndale, Disney's Fort Wilderness, and several sites in Lake Wales such as Canopy Oaks, Camp Mack, River Ranch, Circle F Ranch. Other things to notePlease follow these rules while enjoying the RV.1. Retract awning when sleeping or during inclement weather.
2. An additional $200 cleaning fee may be applied if excessive cleaning is necessary.

Stayed at River Ranch w Wife and adult kids (total of 6 adults; good communication and RV was delivered on time; plenty of room and 2nd bath was very important. Great space and outdoor kit was excellent. Very convenient and was book again!
