Mark was great. He was very helpful. When we arrived he had trailer setup, but the site wasn’t very good. We found a different site by some trees. He moved the trailer with no problem. Would rent from him again.

We have ordered from Mark in the past and everything was amazing. This trip was different. We had to change our dates last minute and he went above and beyond to make to it happen but asked us to check out an hour earlier. We agreed. The day before we packed up he texted and asked us to be ready before that time. This is our annual family reunion and we felt rushed to have to pack the night before and not spend time with our other family members who we only get to see once a year. He also texted us asking us to clean the sinks, microwave, refrigerator, toilets and shower. We have never been asked to this before and we have rented trailers for over 20 years. My 74 year old mom spent along time wiping everything down and cleaning the trailer, again missing time with our family, and then we got charged a cleaning charge from our security deposit once he checked us out. We had dinner 2 separate nights for 27 people during the week and our oven didn't work. Like I said at first, Mark is amazing to work with, but 2 separate trips with completely different experiences. Very fustrating!!
