This Coachmen was just completely remodeled from floors to knobs and has every touch of a home. The cozy queen size memory foam mattress will have you fast asleep. Other occupants can also choose from a new pull out sofa or the oversized queen sleeping bunk above the cab.This is meant to be long term usage only. The rates you see is for 1 months or longer.What's included• Memory foam mattress

She'll be great for anywhere and everywhere.Other things to noteNo pets, no towing without prior written approval.Expect to do a one on one walk around for the rig before you take off, so allow yourself an hour (or more if you have questions, we don't mind answering them all prior to your trip)
Grey and black water tanks are to be dumped prior to returning the RV or a $175 fee will be applied.
Mileage included per night is 115 miles, any miles above that threshold will equate to $0.35 per mile and will be deducted from the safety deposit.
Cleaning fees will be relevant to the interior condition when you return the RV, if cleaning is required. The renter is not accountable for washing the exterior of the RV.
Any damage interior or exterior due to negligence is the responsibility of the renter and additional deductions may be taken from the security deposit.
We understand that accidents happen from time to time, we just ask that you notify us immediately if something does go wrong so we can resolve it quickly so you can ultimately enjoy your trip.

Working with Amber and Jason was easy, and stress free. Great communication , meant there were no surprises The RV was great, and was as advertised. Lots of wonderful upgrades made to this coach. The BEST mattress I've ever slept on, in an RV. Awesome experience . Would rent from them again.

Had a great time using this rental. Everything worked great, awesome communication, drove smoothly, was clean and in order. We would definitely love to rent this RV again for another family trip. Such a fantastic experience we had in this wonderful RV. The owners are so thoughtful and thoroughly provided essentials and more, they're also very sweet and accommodating. The keypad door entry was a huge bonus. Everything is very clean and cozy. The RV drives great, sometimes you forget you're driving an RV because its so smooth and responsive. Everything we needed worked as expected. The AC kept us cool during hot desert days. Definitely interested in booking again for our future trips.
