I am the second owner of this well-maintained RV. I have many fond memories when taking this RV on many family trips. But as my kids have gotten older, I have not been using it much so I decided to share it with those who desire to take a family trip without the expenses related to owning and storing a RV. This RV is very roomy as It has a slide out to create instant extra space. It is easy to drive and because it is only 25 feet, driving in the mountains is not a problem. It also has many upgraded features including an outdoor shower in case someone needs to rinse their feet off after a long hike or your furry friend needs a rinse-off! The unit is fully, self-contained, with all of the comforts of home. The RV was purchased locally at Tri-State RV in Michigan City Indiana and has all of its maintenance and service performed by professionals. What's includedIncluded are the pans for cooking, assorted dishes, cups, coffee pot, and first-aid kit. RV-approved toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, foil and paper plates are included. I have found that most people prefer to stock the RV with their personal items and linens but optional add-on items such as freshly laundered linens and towels are available for your convenience.RecommendationsThis RV is perfectly located for travel in the mid-west as Michigan, Indiana and Illinois all have fantastic State and National Parks to visit!
For those of you who wish to explore the state of Michigan or the Upper Pennisula, this RV has been there so many times, I think it knows how to get there by itself! The UP is a wonderful family trip and has many unique state parks to stay in. Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is a must-see and Tahquamenon Falls is has spectacular falls and hiking. I have helped many families plan their road trip~ Just send me a quick email and I can share some recommendations for some great planning tips and well as must-see stops all the way to the West Coast. Other things to noteKeep it simple! Try not to plan too many hours on the road so you do not have time to enjoy where you camp each day. When I plan long trips to the east or west coast, I usually try to drive only 4-5 hours per day. You will arrive in daylight and still have time to enjoy nature at its finest and enjoy a nice relaxing dinner and campfire. Let me know if you have any questions! I am here to help and love to assist first-time campers!

I have rented out RV's since 2019 but have owned and traveled in my RV's for over 20 years. Since I travel in the RV's that I rent, I am familiar with all of the equipment and I provide a detailed tutorial for all renters and welcome first-time renters. I am also a consultant for trip planning as I have traveled to many of the US national parks and can plan a great route for you and your family! Send me a message today and lets plan your adventure!

We had a great trip with no stress thanks to Jan’s detailed instructions. So happy we were able to take our dog with us. He enjoyed his first camping trip.
