Adventures with a touch of home all while on the road! All your standard RV features plus extras. Inside includes a queen bed in the back, a spacious bed above drivers cab, curved dinette with bed and a pull out couch. Electric fireplace creates a cozy feel when relaxing inside. Front and back vents have electric fans to help pull out warm air as well as central ac ducts. Stereos also have Bluetooth so you can listen to your own playlists. Enjoy watching TV or music with the outdoor entertainment center. There is also an outdoor kitchen with water as well as a propane grill and mini fridge. Get a little too dirty wash off in the outdoor shower. This amazing Rv also has self leveling jacks and two slide outs. Prior to check out please ensure you wipe down all counter tops, sinks, stove/oven/microwave. Dirty cookware/towels placed in tub and placed in shower, all bedding and bundled up on the master bed. Also please do a quick sweep of the interior floors with the provided broom. We appreciate you taking such great care of our RV. "Huckleberry"
Fuel level must be full when returned or a convenience fee of $50 plus a charge of $5.oo per gallon will be assessed.
Propane must also be topped off and grey and black tanks emptied before return unless prepaid for drop off package. If returned tanks returned not emptied and propane not filled there will be a $300 fee.
We also reserve the right to charge above the $150 cleaning fee if RV requires us to have the interior detailed. If a detail is needed you will be responsible for the full cost in addition to the cleaning fee already paid.
Our RV is smoke free and there will be a $1000 fee if not followed.
Our RV is not made to leave a paved road, gravel road to RV spots acceptable. Dirt mountain roads are not, off-roading fee of $500 will be accessed. No Burning Man. $10,000 fee in addition to cleaning and repairs if taken to Burning Man.
