My experience with this van and John were so good that my gf and I have decided that this type of vehicle is the only way we want to take road trips from now on. John did an excellent job of making sure I understood all the functions and features of operation and comfort. I really liked how I could use electricity all day and night and never get a sense of scarcity. The solar did a great job keeping up and refilling to 100% by noon everyday (in Colorado sun that is)
