• No smoking of any kind inside the RV. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $500 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect.
• Please bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional cleaning fees apply.
• All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile.
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license.
• We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
• Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation.
