2022 Gulf Stream B Touring Cruiser
I bought this Gulfstream rig for distance traveling by myself or with 1 companion. That is why I am offering unlimited miles. It is a vehicle to handle the road and allow you to skip hotels, restaurants, and bathrooms. Pull off the road and take a Nap whenever you feel like it! The BTouringCruiser is an excellent comfortable drive with powerful Ford engine. Like new inside and out.
- Fully equipped kitchen including oven.
- Dinette with benches.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Outside sprayer with hot and cold water.
- Fuel is regular gas.
- Lots of interior storage, minimal exterior storage.
- Three drawers in kitchen. One cupboard under kitchen and bathroom sinks.
- Mirror over bathroom sink opens to medicine cabinet.
- Sleeping areas are jackknife sofa and dinette conversion (small adult or child). I add a 2 inch bed pad to either when I am traveling
- Closet for hanging clothes and 2 small dresser drawers. There are seven upper cupboards including 2 in kitchen area.
- Great windows for looking at your surroundings on both sides of living area.
- Full views for driver and passenger from front windshield since there is no sleep bunk overhead.
- Sofa and dinette benches have total 6 additional lap seat belts.
- Power awning with LED lights.
- Smoke alarm and CO2 and propane detector.
- Fire extinguisher.
- TV with cable hook up for campsites.
- A/C, propane furnace, interior thermostat for regulation.
- Onan generator with interior controls. What's includedThe rig will have a full tank of gas and full tank of propane at pick up. We can discuss best way to do delivery to you and back again to me. This 2022 BTouring Cruiser is practically new only 13,000 miles as the travel season starts to slow down. No slides. We stayed in it when on a long trip to visit family. It was the guest room in their driveway! Also stayed at camp sites and a Love’s truck stop in 5 inches of snow! It is so much fun.
- RV has cruise control without Eyesight.
- Rear view camera
- Extra large dual side mirrors on vehicle offer good visibility.
- No over the cab sleeping space. This allows full visibility from the front. Nothing blocks your view!
- Large windows in the back keep wonderful daylight through the rig and great airflow when windows are open. I was specifically looking for this in a travel vehicle. There is also a window in the kitchen area.
- All windows have shades or blinds.
- Snap on privacy curtain to separate front cab from the house part of the RV
- Ceiling fan in living area and in bathroom
- Powerful A/C in dashboard when engine is running. AC in the back runs when RV is plugged in to shore electric (30 amp) or use generator to run AC unit.
-Furnace works great on propane.
- Refrigerator/freezer electric and auto switches to propane when electric not available.
-Scant outside storage, ample inside storage.
-Please return RV with full tank of gas but propane refill isn’t necessary.— Items with RV:
One camp chair. Windshield inside wrap around privacy/sun shade. A set of extra windshield wipers. White/blue hoses with new water filter for water going INTO the RV at either City or Potable inlets. Stainless steel flatware, barbecue lighter, 1 pot, 1 frying pan, 1 cookie sheet, 1 square baking pan, spatula & other cooking utensils. Two 16 oz. glass measuring cups that can be used in microwave. Plastic cutting board, ice cube trays, colander with bowl. Two food storage containers and a few reusable food storage bags. Dawn dish soap, dish sponge, dishtowels, rags, silicone mini pot holders. 1 rechargeable camp fan that can run to provide breeze without electric hook up, great for a quiet night, runs hours with USB charge. Garbage bags: 4 gal, 8 gal, plus large black trash bags. 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 box facial tissues, 4 rolls 2 ply septic safe toilet paper, sanitizing wipes for surfaces. DO NOT FLUSH WIPES IN TOILET PLEASE. 1 box of nitrile non-sterile gloves. Scissors, screw drivers, and tape. Binoculars. Sprayer for outside hot/cold water faucets for outdoor use. Black tank packets to flush down toilet into the black tank AFTER you dump the tank AND CLOSE the outside black tank EXIT VALVE. Instructions will be included. There is a garden hose provided for water needed for RV TANK FLUSH inlet for black and grey tanks to clear them.
(NOTE: A hose may be already available for use at the dumping stations for rinsing tank. DO NOT USE THE DUMPING STATION HOSE FOR ANY WATER NEED OTHER THAN FLUSHING THE TANK.)
— PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN kitchen knives, toaster, coffee pot, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, if you want these cooking items. (There will be a ceramic funnel with filters for making drip coffee by the cup.)— OTHER ITEMS FOR YOU TO BRING WITH YOU
(I wish to not be responsible for sanitizing these personal items between renters):
Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, oven mitts, picnic table cloth
— Suggest you bring something to serve as a bed pad to cushion the sleeping surfaces on either convertible dinette bed or jack knife sofa. Both are quite comfy for sitting but lumpy for sleeping.RecommendationsBefore committing to the rental I would recommend visiting my BTCruiser 5210B or exploring videos about this model. I want to answer any questions before rental. I do NOT want anyone disappointed because I love the rig! Contact me through Outdoorsy if you have any questions. I am new to hosting renters and will try to be flexible.Other things to noteNo smoking, No Pets, No festivals. I prefer to rent to someone who is familiar with the inner workings of an RV such as water, water pump, electric, generator, AC, propane stove and oven. Or at least educate yourself with some RV specific YouTube videos. I am newer to all of this and am comfortable with it but not sure I would be a very good teacher or trouble shooter once you are on the road.
UPDATE July 2023: I created a written manual and 2 videos!! I think I can teach you about using this RV now!! I will send you the manual and the YouTube links and request that you review this info before our walkthrough, please.

Lisa was an awesome host! She thought of everything! Her RV was spotless and all we had to bring was our food, clothes, and bedding! I was on the fence about renting an RV for our 11 hour trip but I was so glad I did! Our journey was so enjoyable! We will definitely be keeping Lisa’s info to rent again!

Lisa was great! We booked her RV to take a roadtrip to the Great Smokey National Park (Elkmont campsite) for Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. We accidentally booked a space that was generator-free and no cell/internet service. But before the trip she walked us through the in/outs of using everything, we were grateful to have the propane fridge, stove, bathroom, and all the other basics. We parked the RV, hiked the trails, set up our chairs by the Little River, and hung out in nature, carefree. Highly recommend her RV! We had a blast and a great trip to disconnect, thanks again, Lisa -Britt x Brent

Lisa is amazing! She’s got everything in her motor home, from dishes, silverware, baggies, to soap and disinfectant wipes! Lisa keeps it very clean, which was awesome and made us felt at home. Lisa explained everything about her beautiful motor home before we headed out for our trip, so we we’re prepared!
Lisa is super down to earth and respond to messages quickly!
