This camper is a 2018 camper. It was purchased toward the end of 2018 and is in perfect condition. It is light weight and easy to pull with my truck. It is 26 ft and comfortably sleeps 4 but can sleep as much as 10. Full sized over under bunks plus the queen bed if the front. It is very clean and well taken care of. Power awning and built in speakers.I use a service for delivery and they can provide a quote, contact me for details (actual costs ) for delivery before booking.As with all campers today it requires a 30Amp connection in order to run the AC. If a lower amperage connection is used it will trip the breaker and also damage the AC unit. Most campsites will provide 30 and or 50 amp connections for all thier powered sites. The delivery service also has generators for rent.Linnens similar items are not stocked in the camperFeel free to contact me if you have any questionsWhat's includedThe Camper will be stocked with Toilet paper (please use only the RV paper provided, househould TP will damage the sensors in the RV)Paper plates, plastic sliverware, paper towel, and some cleaning supplies will be included.Extended cords for power hookup and hoses for connecting to water are provided. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are very flexible. I have to work so pickups on weekdays are usually either before 8am or after 3:30. Drop off times are even more flexible.
Q.does it come with a hitch?
A.
both my campers include a weight distribution hitch and I'll show you how to use it. It makes pulling a camper much easier.
Q.How much vehicle do I need to pull this camper?
A.
A Ford F150, chevy 1500 or any other half ton truck will easily pull this camper. You will need a vehicle that has a tow capacity greater than the weight of the camper and one that is equipped with a trailer brake controller.
