Things to know:
Camper must be returned with grey and black tank emptied, cleaned on the inside free of any damage of course. If you do not wish to clean the inside you will have a $75 cleaning fee.
If you’re new to campers I will be happy to show you how to function the camper properly . No smoking!! What's includedfresh linens, blankets pillows, hitch / weight distrubushen bars Other things to noteAnything lost or missing will be your responsibility. Camper grey water and black tank must be emptied prior to return ….. smoking in the camper will result in a $300 cleaning fee
DO NOT GO ON THE ROOF!!!
1.) The renter must participate in a walkthrough.
2.) when dropping off please notify me so we can do a final walk around of the camper.
3.) Only put 1 ply toilet paper down the toilet.
4.) The awning must be monitored at all times during use. HIGH WINDS WILL DISTROY IT
5.) Propane tank must be refilled
6.) The RV should not be driven over 60 MPH. Driving the RV at unsafe speeds can result in damage.
7.) Tolls must be paid by the renter in full
8.) Any Items not returned associated with the rental will be charged at the cost to replace the item plus 25%.
9.) The camper has a tracker system on it. Disconnecting this system will result in loss of deposit.

Pickup and drop was easy. Justin was a great host. He was personable and offered his help in any way we might need it. Our trip was so much fun. We would definitely recommend the “Little Smuggler.”
