Front steps did not work. Awning was broke and did not work. Inverter tripped twice and lost complete power to RV until reset Inverter. Hydraulic Fluid cable broke and leaked fluid all over my paver driveway. Had to spend $100 to clean up driveway when returned from trip.

Robert’s answer

Hi Denis, I’m glad we gave you $150 discount of off your rental fee to cover the $100 towards cleaning up your driveway. As for the unfortunate accident you had in your driveway after you took possession of our Rv is beyond our control. We did a walkthrough and I showed you ALL the procedures and even leveled the Rv without any issues. Mechanical issues are common and unfortunately unforeseen. As far as the awning is concerned, we again opened it in your presence and it was working as it should. Once we closed it the bracket snapped and it hung down. We secured it and attached it to the Rv for the remainder of the trip. The stairs had a bad controller that was on order and I let you know ahead of time and you said it was fine with the stool we provided. Just to update that the stair control came in and is now 100% operational. The awning parts are ordered and will get here and will be installed this weekend and the mechanic will be here tomorrow to repair the hydraulic system. As far as the inverter is concerned it’s job when the Rv is hooked up to 50 amp is to reduce power to 12v to power the appliances inside. The AC unit is what you said stopped working on the last night has nothing to do with the inverter but everything to do with the power supplied to the Rv by the shoreline outlet, it maybe tripped the surge protector thus loosing power to the rig and when you unplugged the power cord you reset the surge protector. Starting the RV does not reset the inverter. Anyways, thank you for your honest review. We take it very serious and always work to have the RV 100% in working order for our guest.

Best RV experience so far. It’s got ample room for a family trip. Host was abundantly generous with supplies. We had our best fireworks for the 4th right on the beach at Beverly Beach, FL. My 6-year old daughter had her much anticipated horse back ride on the drift wood beach at Jekyll island, GA. Robert was very responsive and always there to support us when needed. Thank you, Robert.

Robert and his wife were fantastic. I can’t say enough about how well they treated my family. They were genuinely interested in making sure that everything was perfect with the RV, and they were available 24/7 for any questions or issues while we had it. The RV was in perfect shape when we picked it up, and they were constantly taking notes on little things they want to improve so it’s in even better condition for the next guests. They really took time with us at the front end so I knew how everything worked and Robert messaged periodically to offer support with anything that might come up. I would 100% rent from them again, very organized, kind people, who treated their guests courteously and respectfully.
Sorry I don’t have pictures of the trip or RV, I was in charge of driving, my wife took all the pictures. We took it up to the Appalachians and having an RV as nice as this was as comfortable of a camping (‘glamping?’) experience as you can have. Thanks to Robert & his wife for all their hard work.

Robert’s answer

Thank you Scott. It was a pleasure meeting you and your beautiful family. Please keep us in mind when you are back in FL. Take care my friend and hope you guys enjoy the rest of your summer.
