Fireplace under the TV for ambiance and/or heat. What's includedKeurig coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and basic camping supplies are included. The only things that are NOT included are bed linens and bath towels. If the propane tanks are used for cooking or heat, it is the renter's responsibility to get the tanks refilled prior to end of rental. Other things to noteDelivery setup and pick up available. Pets are welcome. Cleaning fee will be charged if not cleaned prior to pick-up time. Renter will be notified of charge during pick-up inspection.

Great camper, perfect for our family and James was a great host! Set everything up for us perfectly and we had no issues!

We had a great time camping in this RV. The host was responsive and the RV is more comfortable and spacious than any other RV we used before. The beds are comfortable and the RV is clean and well maintained. The only thing to note is that this RV does not have a built-in generator and we were camping in a spot with no power. We brought a generator to power the plugs and it worked out great.
