Tab 400 is a brand new 2020 18' trailer. It is equipped with a queen size bed, fully functioning kitchen, small refrigerator, shower/toilet wet bath, outside shower, dining area that will convert to a bed, DVD system with TV so you can watch movies and a good amount of storage. It has solar panels, 2 6V batteries and an inverter if you want to boondock. Due to Covid, the RV comes empty so you need to provide your own linens, dishes and cookware. I do supply toilet paper, cleaning supplies and garbage bags. Extra add on packages include 3500watt generator, propane stove plus propane tanks, camping chairs and cooler if needed. It also had a heater that will run off propane or electrical hookup and an AC that will run on the generator or electrical hookup only. The T@B 400 has maple cabinetry handcrafted by the Amish and is a well built trailer. And because it is 18' and relatively small, it is easy to tow and maneuver into tight camping spots. The boondock options features 15″ Sport Rims and aggressive Off-Road Tires so you can take this trailer to remote sites! What's includedToilet paper, cleaning supplies and garbage bags are included. I do not deliver so you will need to pick up and drop off the RV to my home in Fairfield, CA. RecommendationsI have taken my T@B to local campsites in California and also to UTAH for a week long adventure at Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Other things to noteI do require you to leave the inside of the RV as clean as it is when you pick it up for the rental. I will provide a broom, some cleaning supplies and garbage bags so that you can return the RV clean. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the RV is returned unclean. If you use the sink, shower or bathroom, you must dump all the tanks before returning the RV. I will supply chemicals that must be put into the black tank after it is emptied. There will be a $150 fee added if the tanks are returned full and not dumped after use.

Hi. My name is Bea and I love the outdoors. I have been a tent camper all my life and I decided it was time for me to get a trailer so that I can travel further and have some of the comforts of home as well. I have 4 boys and 2 dogs. My boys and I love to go to the mountains and paddle around lakes in my kayak and their paddleboard. Our favorite trip so far was taking the trailer to Utah in December for 1 week. We hiked around Bryce Canyon and then did the Narrows in Zion. Amazing hike!!! We also did the Zion Overlook Canyon Trail and it began to snow and it was so beautiful. I hope to take my trailer out to Montana, Colorado, Oregon, Washington and to Joshua Tree in the near future. :-)

This is a great camper! Very well made, nice lighting, and everything works. Relatively easy to tow even with a car. Bea was very accommodating and gave me a thorough tour of the trailer.

Such a great first time experience. The teardrop trailer was perfect for camping on the coast.

The trailer is in excellent condition, very clean and neat and stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, as well as paper plates and cups (which came in handy when we forgot to pack ours!) The owner took time to show us every element of the trailer and how it worked, so we felt confident taking it on the road.
Bea’s answer
Thank you Rebecca! I'm so glad that you enjoyed your trip and had a great experience with the trailer. :-)

The camper was clean, fully functional, and exactly as described. Bea was very easy to work with; she was accommodating and provided all the info needed for proper set up and breakdown. We had a great time boondocking in comfort!

This is a great small trailer, very bright modern and easy to use. The owner was so helpful and easy to work with. She allowed us to tour the trailer early to get a feel for it and she includes many supplies.
