Amazing experience.
This was a great experience for my daughters who have always wanted to buy an RV. The next best thing was staying here and they Loved it. It me, my wife and two daughters and we were comfortable. The owner is super thorough and responsive. The RV park was super clean and the people staying there included several kids and clean adults . Great experiences and memories don't just happen. Want a great photo of mountains or animals? You have to actually put yourself in the place where those things actually are! Estes Valley is about an hour and a half from the Denver airport, but it's a world that is entirely different. We offer a unique opportunity, not just a camper.
How did we end up here? We traveled the country for two and a half years and now spend winters in Florida and summer in Colorado. We recently found "Glen"... a nearly perfect 5th wheel, who sadly had spent nearly his entire life in a barn. As Glen is in nearly perfect condition, he will travel with us as we move back and forth between the two states. I am sure he will look forward to an adventure with your family as well.
As you look through the photos you'll see campers in the background. Those are ones we have taken over the years right in Manor RV Park. The rest are either in RMNP or on the Peak to Peak Highway.

We had a wonderful experience. Tom and Marilyn made sure to take the time and go over the operation of the rv and were quick to answer our questions. The rv was very clean and had all the essentials needed. We cant wit to return.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Glen is ready at 4:00 the day of your arrival. We will want to coordinate your arrival time so you can get a complete walk-through prior to taking possession. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to leave early in the morning to catch a flight or get on the road, let me know and I can come down early to check you out.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Glen does require water, sewer, and 30 amp electricity. It's all set up and connected for you.
Q.What don't you provide?

Most of our guests, just bring their clothes, food, and beverages as well as personal toiletries.

Five. The Queen in the master will hold two adults, the fold-out love seat will hold one adult, the dinette will hold 2 children
