Dual BatteryWe have added a lot of amenities for ease such as magnets on upward opening cabinets so that you can set them open while using the cabinet and they stay open, paper towel holder tensioner so that it doesn't unravel, velcro window covers for extra privacy and light pollution cancellation, etc.The faux surface leather on the couch and kitchen seats has recently delaminated but everything still works fine. This is partly why our rental pricing is often 50% that of other similar RVs. This allows you to save some money but still get a reliable rental. All Class C motorhomes that are 33' long are relatively bouncy (especially in back). If you experience this, it is not due to faulty shocks but normal. If you would like the motorhome cooled before you arrive or the refrigerator cooled, please call me one hour before pickup and I can turn on the generator to accomplish this. Since our RV is well priced, we have to add this time on the generator to the rental. If you would like us to prime the refrigerator or cool the motorhome before you pick it up, please let us know. We will turn on the generator (and add that time to the rental) and turn on the refrigerator or cool the motorhome if that will be a help.It has come to be where the window blind raise and lower function has been rendered inoperable every time a renter uses our rental. We feel like it no longer makes sense for us to keep repairing that function. If you rent our rental, you acknowledge that the normal function of the window blinds will not be operable unless you decide to fix them or work with them. What's includedYou'll have fresh linens (bedroom & bathroom), basic kitchen necessities, camping chairs & backup tool set. Bathroom is stocked with towels and washcloths. If you want something beyond the basics, like a crock pot, you may want to bring that. We have a coffee maker. Bring your favorite coffee and whatever you take with your coffee. The faux surface leather on the couch and kitchen seats has recently delaminated but we have put seat covers over it and everything still works fine.Other things to note-No smoking.
-Do not climb on the roof or the step on the rear ladder at any time.
-Do not use the awning unless you have specific permission. Awnings break easily and are a minimum of $4,000 to repair even simple issues.

Took the RV to Bonnaroo! The trip was fantastic and the RV had no issues!

We rented the RV for a last minute weekend trip to the Circuit of the America's for the Formula 1 USGP. Everything worked well and the RV was a tremendous value. We didn't need to worry about much except our clothes and food. From fresh bedding, cookware or various sundries like cups, plates, paper towels and toilet paper- the RV was stocked. Chris was clear and effective in all communication and extremely prompt responding to questions or concerns.

Chris was a great host! We had a few mechanical issues, but nothing serious, and Chris stayed in communication with us to ensure all was well. Great size RV for our family of 8 traveling to Yellowstone and all through Colorado. Great vacation!
