This is a very nice 2013 Work and Play by Forrest River. It has a separate room in the front for the adults to sleep in private. There are to beds that fold down in the main area that are about twin size beds. You can fin 2 people on each one but it can be tight if you do. The bed in the front bed room is a Queen with its own TV. The main area has its own TV as well for the kids or whoever. The back door to the toy hauler turns into a porch to sit out and watch the sunset. Has a 110 gallons of water if not hooked up to RV hook ups. Decent size shower to clean yourself up after a long day, has outside shower as well. Stays very warm in the winters and cool in the summers!!!

Mike was a superb host. I had many questions before the trip and he answered all my emails in a timely and friendly manner. When it came time for him to deliver the trailer to my desert campsite south of Quartzsite, he was extremely flexible and accommodated my schedule with zero hassle. He delivered the trailer and set it up for me and then explained all the systems required for my dry camping situation. During my stay, I noticed a tiny leak in a water line. I texted Mike and he came out to have a look at it. He then went to town, bought the parts, and came back and fixed it. While he was there, he also replaced the start battery in the generator. It was a great experience and I couldn't have been happier. The trailer itself is ten years old. It has some nicks and dings. So not cosmetically perfect. But everything works perfectly: the generator, the furnace, the toilet, the coffee maker, the toaster, etc. One thing I was delighted to discover is that Mike has added to the "toy hauler" experience. Normally, the back door opens up to a ramp, which is great for getting motorcycles and such in and out of the trailer. But Mike has added two cables to support the ramp in a level position so it's like having a spacious back patio. I hope the picture shows that. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent Mike's trailer again.
