The communication with Desaray was unmatched. I was able to coordinate pick up and drop off time that worked for me; she was very flexible and accommodating. The listing was just as advertised and I had no issue with the rental. I would rent from Desaray again if/when I get the chance!

Fabulous people to work with. The camper was incredible on the inside but there was a mechanical issue with the crank to put it on/off the truck and we didn’t have the proper tools (last renters may have accidentally taken them). Great communication. May rent again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The standard pickup time is 11 am and drop-off is 3 pm. However, we are quite flexible as long as there is good communication. If you need to adjust these times, feel free to reach out via phone or text, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests!
