Lightweight camper with everything you'd need to camp complete with a huge awning with lighting and a washable area rug. It weighs 4000 lbs. loaded and tows with sway bars for extra stability. I tow with a Dodge RAM 1500 and it works great. Setup is fairly simple and gets easier with experience. Dining room extends out for more space to eat and play games.. Ready for electricity, water and gray water hookups. Indoor and outdoor shower works but never used. Trailer is equipped with indoor stove, microwave, sink, and restroom. Camp Chef stove, cookware, plates, silverware, and cleaning supplies are included with rental. Extras can be provided such as 2 SUPs and life jackets, camp chef fire pit(that allows fires even in fire bans) and generator at additional cost. What's includedCamp Chef stove, cookware, plates, silverware, fresh linens for bunk beds and main bed. Axe for chopping wood and carrying bundle for fire wood. Board games and some out door games. Leveling blocks and tow hitch with sway bars. Cleaning supplies and outdoor table sink for cleanup. Multiple propane tanks, two on camper, one for grill and one spare. Two camping chairs, one table and two loungers plus weather proof mat for under awning. RecommendationsWould be happy to show camper with advanced notice. Non-outdoorsy ones would prefer spots with electric hookup minimum. Trailer is stored in Brighton and not at residence.Other things to noteMust have vehicle with towing hitch and 5000 lb. towing capacity. No off grid camping permitted.
