Brake controller is required for tow vehicles, as is the case for any trailer over 3000 lbs. Delivery is available. We are a family of 4 who love fun and adventure. We go to Birch Bay very frequently and will make a at least one venture to somewhere we have never been each season. I also love dry camping in the interior of BC for fishing, hiking and other outdoor fun.
