Awning Usage: Awnings are great but use them at your own risk. We've had to replace two awnings during our own camping experiences. Avoid using the awning in windy or heavy rain conditions. Do not leave the awning out overnight or when the camper is unattended. Any damage to the awning will be at your expense.

Due to our work schedules, we can only drop off the camper in the late evening, usually after 6pm-7pm, depending on the distance. We first started camping with a tent many years ago and now have this big 5th Wheel camper that we would love to share with others. We originally bought this toy-hauler for all of the races we were attending for my son who was racing dirt-bikes at the time. Now that we have moved and his interest has changed, we don't see us camping as much until his love for sports ends. (Which probably won't end till after high school :-) ) We love the outdoors and I hope you love it as much as we do!

When booking the camper on a weeknight, delivery will be between 6:30pm and 7:30pm, depending on the distance and time change. For weekday bookings, you may need to book an extra day, or we will have to pick up the camper by 8:00am or after 6:00pm. Most campground checkouts are around 11:00am and 12:00pm, which can make scheduling tricky. Since my husband and I both work full-time, this is our only option. We highly recommend choosing weekend end dates to avoid any inconvenience.

Mark and Anna's camper was all we expected and more in meeting all of our needs for our trip. Mark and Anna were very attentive and helpful to all our needs and questions. It was very clean and functional with all the space and hooks to hang things on. We are so grateful for the time we had to enjoy the camper. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your camper and kayaks! It was all perfect!!

Loved this camper. Everything was clean, on time, and Anna/Mark were very supportive(although we had no issues). The camper is very spacious, including the fridge, and it was nice to have extras like the kayaks and Blackstone grill. The matress in the master bedroom is particularly comfy for a camper bed.
