Awning fully functional on the camper.
All windows open and close and AC and heat work.
Two smoke alarms and one carbon monoxide detector on board.
One 24" tv roku mounted to view from the Murphy bed and just need to connect your own internet data to hot-spot your streaming.
Unfortunately hot water tank had ruptured so no hot water at the moment but the cold water still remains operable in kitchen and bathroom room.Linens and pillows are not included.What's included
