2020 Forest River Coachmen Pursuit
This is a 2020 Triton V10 Ford chassis Coachman Pursuit 31TSP with outdoor TV entertainment system, washer dryer combo (no looking for a laundry mat), Roku tv's, bunk for cab, king master bed, table to bed, fresh linens and towels, stocked kitchen supplies, gas stove and burners, microwave, endless hot water, separate shower from bathroom for convenience, doors for privacy, Dish receiver (bring your own service), generator, auto awning and easy set up to get the vacation started!What's includedFresh linens, camping chairs, kitchen gear, utensils, coffee maker, a full list of supplies and things you want to bring upon booking. 100 miles per day. 50 or 30 amp hookup. If both ac units are needed you will need a 50 amp site. Instructions on set up and care provided. Delivery can also be arranged depending on what you need for a fee.Other things to notePets are welcome! Cat and dog friendly... ask about other critters. No smoking. No cleaning fee if you return it the way you found it.
Please place linens and towels that were used in the shower. This helps us identity the laundry that needs done on your return.
Refueling fee - If RV is not returned with fuel tanks full, a $600 refueling fee, along with the cost of the fuel will be charged. This covers are time to drive to the fuel center etc.
If RV is not dumped, you will be charged a $250 dump fee. This covers our time, the fee for dumping and the gas needed to drive to the dump site.
Please place linens and towels that were used in the shower. This helps us identity the laundry that needs done on your return.

Having never rented an RV, I had a lot of apprehension about how all the systems worked (electrical, sewage, water, generator, etc.) at campsites. Andrea was very patient and walked me through everything, answering all my questions. She responded quickly to my questions, and was very helpful. My kids and I toured the Southwest US and made amazing life-long memories, sharing incredible adventures as we saw 9 National Parks, and I'll forever be grateful for the experience!
