Welcome to our brand new “Home to Roam”. We have packed the trailer with all the essentials needed to hook up and go! Imagine the views and memories that will be made.This trailer is a 2024 Forest River T178Bhsk with a large slide out and solar panel to help maintain the batteries during the day. The length is 23 feet which is perfect for most campgrounds. This bunkhouse trailer features sleeping up to 8 people (6 comfortably), with all the amenities of a big trailer without the hassle of trying to find a site big enough. Easy to tow and light weight with a Gvwr of 4,830lbs. Most mid size or larger SUVs or trucks can tow this trailer. It is also equipped with a heater and AC, outdoor hose, and outdoor flat top grill. The trailer has outdoor LED lighting / Bluetooth radio and indoor/outdoor speakers. It also has a bumper receiver for a bike rack.Requires 2 -5/16” BallPlease take a second look at our add ons for anything you may need or want. No need to pack your truck when we can provide it for you.
The sleeping arrangement consists of :
Murphy Bed - Queen size. This keeps the inside wide open during the day with more usable seating.
The large U-Dinette converts to a roomy full size bed
2 Full size bunk bedsThe kitchen consists of a large sink with a 2 piece cover to have more usable counter space and a 2 burner stove that also has a cover to extend the counter space.All essentials are included for full hook RV sites.
-20’ sewer hose, water hose with filter and 30 amp/110V 25ft power cord.We have set this up to be family friendly and trust our guest will treat this with love and respect as their own.You can also pick up the trailer the evening before your trip starts at no additional cost to you. Pick up drop off time is flexible, also available to pick up drop off in Ventura, CA. just let us know what works for you (With prior approval regarding times and location).What's included1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.We have supplied linens, 1 blanket per bed , 4 pillows, and 6 bath towels.The kitchen is stocked with the essentials to easily cook indoor and outdoor for 6 people.Cleaning supplies are provided to maintain the trailer during and after your trip.4 Camp chairs, table, outdoor rug and pop up trash can.RecommendationsBring extra sleeping bags, blankets and pillows if prefer to use your own to fit your comfort needs. For Summertime and not at full hook ups I have 2-2200 Honda generators with parallel jumper to be able tp run the A/C for an additional cost.
