***Drop OFF Only!!!***You’ve found the perfect trailer to make memories with friends and family! The back opens up for easy loading and unloading and enjoying the view at your campsite! The back 2 beds come down for more sleeping room and the bottom bed folds into a seat that can be flipped in or out depending on the view you want. The stereo is Bluetooth equipped to pair to your phone with speakers throughout the inside and outside of the trailer. The TV is new with a Bluetooth dvd player. There’s a newer full size microwave and the stove works perfectly. Enough room to prep and cook meals inside. It comes with a heater and air conditioner as well as ceiling fan in the main living area. There’s a shower in the bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a sliding partition for privacy, queen size bed and plugs to charge your devices as well as plenty of space for your clothing and things.
The awning works wonderfully for those hot days.***We will do the dumping of the Grey and black waste.
*** Absolutely nothing (tampons, wipes, tissue, paper towels, etc) in the toilet other than Scott toilet paper. The petal on the toilet has to be pushed up after use otherwise it will overflow.

Hi! We have loved this RV for over 10 years now in all kinds of seasons of life and have made so many great memories! We absolutely beach camping because you can put the back down and sit and relax with a drink in your hand and enjoy the view. This is perfect for families to enjoy a nice vacation!
