Enjoy your morning coffee alongside the Osprey & Great Blue Herron who also live on the water's edge, and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the water. It's like nothing else you've experienced in the Five Boroughs.You're welcome to take advantage of our bikes, boards and BBQ as you explore the island & beaches. We love NYC island life and know you will too.What's includedAll you need to bring is your bathing suit and stuff to throw on the grill.We've got you covered on linens, towels, everything for the kitchen and bathroom, bikes, paddles board, BBQ, hot tub, fire pit.
