By far the worst experience dealing with Regina Taylor. Her lack of communication and non responsiveness was so unprofessional. It took over 2 weeks to receive any type of contact with her. I expressed my concern at the RV pick up and she could have cared less stating “ well that is in the past” and shrugged. The pick up experience was dreadful and exhausting. Regina was taking her time going over information that was irrelevant to our rental (going over everything little detailed nick and scratch on the rv and how/why it happened with the previous renter).
I was told that the gas tank was on full when it was actually at 3/4 full. I was told that the tanks of gray/black water were emptied previously, when they were not. The tank filled up to the point of none usage the first day the rv was used.
I wasn’t told the leveling option for the rv was broken until the time of pick up, and not to use the slide if the rv wasn’t leveled.
By far the most draining experience. The outdoorsy customer service wasn’t any help at all as well.
The only thing that made the experience any better was the managers of the rv who came and help me dump the gray/black water tanks at the end of our rv rental.
If I could give zero stars to Regina, I would.

We very much wanted to leave a good review for our experience with Regina's RV. Unfortunately we are not able do to so. Our interactions with JR, the manager for the RV were thoroughly positive. He proved himself to be highly knowledgeable about RVs and very helpful. Sadly, our interactions with Regina were very wanting. Texts requesting support received terse responses to read the manual and sometimes contained misinformation. The process for checkout was somewhat grueling and lasted several hours- I was requested to move the RV to several different corporate parking lots because she was looking for a perfectly level area, even though most spots where the RV will be parked will be nowhere near level. This was our first experience renting through Outdoorsy, and it has left my very reluctant to do it again in the future.

The RV was clean and functioned well for the most part. We didn't find out until just before we left on our trip that the RV was being sent out bare due to COVID so we had to scramble to put together what we would need to outfit the unit.

Really couldn't ask for a better first experience for vacationing in an RV.
