Looking for an easy-to-drive, fuel-efficient, and luxurious RV to explore Yellowstone, Grand Teton, or Glacier National Park? The Coachmen Prism combines the power and reliability of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis with the comfort and convenience of a fully equipped Class C motorhome. Its clean diesel engine provides plenty of power to handle mountain roads with ease, while its compact size—only slightly larger than a Sprinter van—makes it easy to drive and park. Unlike smaller camper vans, the Prism offers all the amenities of a full-size RV, including a dedicated bed with a luxury mattress, a full-size shower, a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living area with a slide-out, and even an outdoor kitchen and entertainment setup. Fully stocked with gear, this RV makes your adventure effortless from day one. What's includedWe provide everything needed for a comfortable trip, including linens, a kitchen kit, and camping gear.Sleeping: A queen-length bed with a premium mattress and a convertible twin dinette bed (bedding on request).
Kitchen: Two-burner propane cooktop, convection microwave, refrigerator, cookware, dinnerware for six, coffee maker, and cleaning supplies.
Outdoor: Small propane grill (with two bottles) and two director chairs.
Extras: USB charging, AC outlets, bear spray, and fire extinguisher.RecommendationsWith all the wilderness near Bozeman there are options for every kind of camping. Spend a night or two in a national park and grab a night at Chico Hot Springs to relax in the pool. Or you can do the tour of Grand Teton, Yellowstone, and Glacier with stops at quaint Montana towns along the way. We personally like the Pioneer Mountain Scenic Byway close to Idaho and the Seeley Swan headed toward Glacier. Other things to noteWith an additional rental the Prism can be used as a tow vehicle for our Little Guy teardrop camper which adds additional sleeping space and solar.Wanting to hit some trails but can’t bring a bike? Add a bike rack to your booking and then rent bikes at one of Bozeman’s local bike shops such as Owenhouse - https://www.owenhousecycling.com/rentals/. The hitch mounted bike rack will hold 2 adult and 2 kids bikes depending on the size. We include cross bars when needed for bikes without them.

We sincerely hope that you enjoy your trip with one of our vehicles; however, we do have certain rules in place to safeguard both ourselves and our valued customers. The individual who made the reservation, the renter, must be physically present at the time of pickup and undergo driver verification. Additional drivers are certainly welcome if they pass verification, but complications might arise with the insurance if the renter is not verified. The renter is required to have the app installed on their phone and must maintain connectivity both before and throughout the rental period. The app is essential for verifying the renter's identity and for approving insurance coverage. Additionally, should any issues arise, Outdoorsy will solely communicate with the renter. For international renters, we recommend obtaining a SIM card or an international phone plan that includes data.Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the owners to assess and approve guests' itineraries to ensure that they align with the standards stipulated in the insurance policy. Put simply, the insurance does not cover damages resulting from off-roading, which can be interpreted as straying from established campsites. Consequently, we may request comprehensive details about your trip, including your itinerary and accommodations. If you are unable or unwilling to provide this information, we may choose not to release the vehicle to you upon pickup.Any non-collision body damage or damage not covered by insurance, such as dents, scratches, and lost or damaged equipment, will be deducted from the security deposit.Extraordinary cleaning requirements, like carpet cleaning due to spills, will be assessed based on the time and equipment necessary. Permanent damage to bedding, such as stains or tears, or damage to other equipment, will incur charges equal to the replacement cost, which will be deducted from the deposit. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles due to the additional cleaning it necessitates. In the event that a vehicle carries a strong smoke odor, aside from campfire smoke, a cleaning fee of $150 will be applied, along with any lost revenue resulting from the extended cleaning duration.Lastly, our vehicles are not authorized for towing purposes except when utilizing our designated addons.

Q.What are the pickup and drop off times? Can I pick up my rental early/late/at night?
A.
For pickup and drop off our times are noon, which is different from the Outdoorsy default. Alternate pickup times can be negotiated depending on availability. Please check with us before you book your rental. Since we turn around our vehicles in a day we do not always offer late drop off as we need time to clean a vehicle. We value our family time and need time to separate business from our household life therefore any pickup or drop off outside of 8AM to 8PM will incur a fee of $50.
Q.Can I get airport pickup?
A.
We no longer offer airport pickup because we can also offer more flexibility for pick and drop off from our location. We also learned that going over all the equipment was difficult at the airport. Bozeman has Uber, Lyft and taxi service and our location is only a short 11 mile or 20 minute drive from the airport. Uber and Lyft are also cheaper than through Outdoorsy and can be scheduled in advance.
Q.Do you charge for cleaning?
A.
There is no charge for standard cleaning of a vehicle or equipment. We ask that renters clean the vehicle before returning. We still wash and sanitize all bedding, cookware and surfaces after every rental. If there is extraordinary cleaning required we will charge a fee of $75 and for any added time and rental of equipment like a steam carpet cleaner.
