Blessing is a new 2021 Forest River Travel Trailer that is cozy, relaxing and has full-sized bunked beds with a dinette that folds down into to a bed. Queen sized bed has upgraded memory foam mattress that converts into as comfy couch and has an ottoman to put your feet up and store your shoes in. Sleeps up to 7.
Enjoy camping inside and out with a large dinette window on the door side/awning side of the camper which also features a small fridge, camping stove and outdoor shower. XL Camping rug (upon request), (2) folding chairs and bluetooth speaker at no additional cost. Other interior features include a 2-burner gas stove, microwave, flat screen TV, large fridge/freezer, full bathroom with toilet, sink & shower, AC and on-board propane heater. Empty, Trailer weights 3455 lbs and is 22ft long.Optional add-ons:
- Delivery within 45 minutes from Bland, VA
- Bedding is available at additional cost of $10 per bed.
- Waste Dumping: Included with campground deliveries. $50 fee for pick-up rentals that do not return empty. $50 fee for delivery rentals to locations without a dump station.
- Cleaning = $150 (If you prefer to clean the trailer, you must sweep the floors and stairs, wipe down the tables, counters, seating, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, toilet, sinks, etc. Strip the beds and place bedding in shower. Place all used linens on one bed. A $150 fee will be added to dirty returns.Pick up & drop off are from 12 noon to 2pm, but we are open to early pick ups/late drop offs as long as we do not have a scheduling conflict. My wife and I had a great time in Pipestem State Park for a week. Eric is a very nice host and the camper worked great for us for our week camping. Good heater and we needed it for a few nights. Pipestem is only about 45 minutes away from Eric's place, so it was very convenient and an easy drive towing his camper.

It was an amazing time camping with Eric’s RV. It is very clean, Cozy, and modern. The host, Eric, took his time to explain every detail and he made us feel at home away from home. We have heavy rain and storms but didn't feel them. Some of the plus features are the 2 refrigerators, the outside mat, and the clean bathroom. My family loved it. We wish we could give him 10 stars!
