The 20BHS is the perfect model for families! Bunkbeds ( that kids love ), and room to sleep 5-6. This model is ready for all your activities including adventures that don't have hookups! With the 190 Watt Roof Mount Solar Panel w/ 1000 Watt Inverter, integrated batteries and dual propane tanks, you don't have to worry about making it off the beaten path! This camper Does have an oven and includes our heavy duty trailer hitch and sway bars. The GeoPro can be pulled with a 6cyl vehicle with a 5,000lb trailering capacity, which is one of the main reasons we got it.It's been upgraded with a nice digital thermostat to keep the heat at the exact temp you need. The WiFi ranger allows you to extend the campground WiFi (if available) to you for a much stronger signal and the keyless entry pad will save you the headache of worrying about keys all the time.Indoor/Outdoor built-in Bluetooth speakers allow for your music to play straight from you phone! There's a 12 volt TV with DVD player, Gas/Electric water heater, gas cooktop, 12v refrigerator, convection microwave, outdoor shower, indoor shower With A TUB (very nice for smaller children)The lower bunk bed folds up to unveil an additional storage area which can be accessed from outside. This door does have a deadbolt and normal lock.Off-Road Package gives you 3 5/8" of additional clearance and 15" AT tires with the full size spare...it's rugged! This may sound strange but we really wanted a camper with solid steps! So many campers have those weak-sauce extendable steps that feel like they are going to break when you stand on them. The GeoPro has super strong, solid steel steps and we love them! This is a great camper for families, a group of friends or a couple who just wants a nicer trailer with more space.Note: If boon docking and not hooked up to shore power, everything will run in the trailer except for the AC and microwave. We do not have a generator, but you are welcome to use your own. What's includedWe include the basic plates/bowls/pan/cups/pots/cooking trays for the oven, silverware, paper towels, cooking utensils, salt/pepper, cleaning supplies, soap, dish towels, lighter, and trash bags. We have a nice big outdoor patio mat to help keep the dirt out. We also include a memory foam topper for the main bed and sheets for all beds, available upon request. YOU MUST BRING RV SAFE TOILET PAPERRecommendationsWe would suggest bringing sleeping bags or blankets, your favorite pillow(s), camping chairs, food/drink, any cooking essentials you can't be without ( i.e spices, oil, butter) a cooler, tin foil, sandwich/gallon bags, matches, extra RV rated toilet paper.Think about what you use at home and would want/need on the road.Other things to noteWe were first time RVers once and we understand it can be a bit overwhelming. If this is your first time, no worries! We will walk you through everything you need to know prior to your trip and make sure you are totally comfortable. We will provide you with a checklist that details setting up and tearing down (not literally of course!)*****Please check the add ons...just in case :)We also have a dump station here on our property so if you don't want to mess with the mess at your campsite, we can do it for you upon your return for an additional fee.No festivals
No Smoking in the trailer!!
No Tailgating
No pets (check the FAQs as to why)

We are the Wengronowitz Family! We bought our trailer after our final tent camping trip to Crater Lake pushed us to do something we had talked about for a while. So much better in a trailer when you have kids! After much research and trying out other campers, we have concluded this model is the best one in terms of size and value. We love the outdoors and enjoy our property where we raise goats and chickens, in addition to our family of cats and our dog Nena. The clearance on the GeoPro is phenomenal and the off-road tires and solar set up is prime for those adventures off the beaten path.

Great rental. Everything was exactly as described. Clean, great condition.
The solar was a major assist being off grid.

We loved renting this trailer! As first time renters for this type of RV, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The trailer was small enough to pull comfortably but also with the slide out, spacious enough for our family of 5.

FANTASTIC!

This was our first time using/renting a trailer RV. We had no idea what we were looking for when searching for one but this ended up being the perfect size for our family. The trailer is not too long so it makes for much easier towing then what we saw out on the road but also with the slide out, it makes it very spacious inside. Everything was very clean and the beds were actually pretty comfortable. If we don’t get one like this of our own, we’re definitely renting again from their family!!!

ADAM’s answer

Super happy your trip went well, definitely seemed awesome! Much appreciated and happy it all worked out

Q.Why can't I bring my cat/dog?
A.
It's not that we don't like pets, we actually have a ton on our property including cats/dogs/goats/chickens. The issue is that some renters, including myself, may have pet allergies and it is very difficult to 100% clean out all pet dander, hair, allergens, etc. In order to make it as safe and enjoyable as possible, we choose to keep our camper free from animals.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
A lot depends on our schedule but we are pretty flexible. Extra charge for picking up before 8am and dropping off after 6pm. We can drop off the camper within a 35 mile radius for an extra fee and can set it up as well for an additional charge.

Q.How much firewood is in a bundle?
A.
Similar to the bundles you may find at the grocery store or some campsite. Typically around 6 logs. We throw in some kindling as well to help get the fire going.
