Everything was GREAT! Ron and Teresa were so helpful in getting
the RV set up and showing us how to use everything. They even had a tent they helped us set up to go over our picnic area, and they set out a rug for us. If we ever go camping in the thumb area of Michigan again, we will be giving them a call!

Ron was awesome to rent from, he went over every detail to ensure I was knowledgeable of the RV. The pickup and drop off process was seamless, Ron was very flexible with his time. I look forward to renting from Ron in the future.

Ron was a great guy to rent from. Communication before during and after trip was excellent. RV was in great shape and ran/drove really well. My brother and I took her through the UP for a 5 day trip with our sons and this RV made the whole trip so much easier and comfortable. The kids loved it, slept 6 easily, AC/water all worked great. This was a trip I’ll remember forever and we are really glad we rented this RV. Ron made it that much simpler and we couldn’t be more satisfied!

Our first time traveling in an RV Was very interesting. There were 7 people and the rig suited us fine. Ron and Teresa were great to work with. Unfortunately a huge truck slammed into the side mirror and had to add that to our expense. The insurance purchases with Outdoorsy didn’t cover any of it. Overall we had a nice experience with the camper and the owners as I said were great! Gail E.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
My delivery fee is $200. But If someone picks up my RV from me, and drops it off to me, there is no Fee.
There is no flexibility for me dropping my RV off to you. I will deliver and pick up to 60 miles away. Please keep in mind, for me to deliver and pick up is 4 hours of my time!
Q.Can I tow another vehicle or trailer behind your your RV?
A.
No. We do not allow towing anything behind our RV. We apologize but this is NOT an option.
Q.What will happen to my security deposit if something gets broken while we are renting your RV?
A.
Depending on the severity of the issue, will depend on how much of a security deposit we will keep. We understand things happen, but OPEN and HONEST communication by the renter is EXPECTED. If there is going to be any negotiating about keeping any amount of a security deposit for anything broken, it will largely depend on the honesty of the renter. Communication between renter and owner will be key to this issue!
Q.Do you have other amenities that would make our camping trip special?
A.
For your camping enjoyment we have these items available for you at your request: Cornhole boards & Bags, 6 foot plastic fold-up table, up to 4 camp chairs, Bocce Ball set, 4 bike - bike rack, and a 4' x 2' exterior rectangular rack.
