• Close the rear hatch gently.
• Avoid leaving tall objects on countertops when closing the hatch.
• Use two people to set up the awning; avoid pulling down on stabilizing arms.
• Remove shoes before entering the cabin.
• Pets are allowed but must not be left unattended in the trailer.Return Procedures• Clean all dishes, utensils, glasses, pots & pans.
• Empty and drain the cooler.
• Strip sheets off the mattress and leave them inside the cabin.
• Remove the coupler and place it inside the trailer front garage.
• Place the adjustable ball hitch or hitch extender the trailer front garage.
• Lock the latch from the outside and leave keys in the key drop box under the covered area next to the back door of the building.
• If the trailer is returned in less than acceptable condition, a portion of your security deposit may be used for extra cleaning fees.

Really nice teardrop, totally worth the rental price. Towed very easily with a Jeep JKU with a brake controller. The AC unit saved the day in 100° weather. Slept a tall individual well 6'3. The cooking setup is stellar and had anything you'd need to cook with (was nice not having to bring our own). Hot water shower worked well after a long day of the outdoors. Would rent again.

Trailer was awesome, would highly recommend! Lots of great features, very high end off road trailer. Everything worked beautifully. Tom was a pleasure to work with and talk to about overloading. Definitely will do again.
