RecommendationsGetting away from the city for the weekend or a quite fishing trip, or even a week long trip with the convenience of seeing new places is indeed an investment to your health and happiness. I have traveled 99% of America and and a great deal of the world, I can assure you, without reservation, America is one beautiful place on this earth. A family on vacation pulling an RV is as American as apple pie and homemade ice cream. Other things to noteWe offer delivery only. If unit is picked up, we have no control over where the until goes....this is why our delivery charges are lower than most.

He seemed very nice before the trip and got everything set up for us. Upon delivery, we found out that he did NOT have keys (we were staying for a week in a place that had over 2500 people and had no way to lock up our stuff in the camper!!) and he acted like it was odd we had asked for them. There was about 1/8 of inch between the bottom of the stabilizer and the pad underneath it, and the chocks were about and inch behind the wheel, hardly touching it. After we had gotten moved in, we had come to realize the stabilizers weren't properly in place, nor were the wheel chocks, the campers rocked with every little movement. When we went to plug our phones in, we found at least half of the outlets were inoperable. The black and gray water gauges didn't seem to read correctly either. The location we were in was unfortunately very sandy and muddy, and it had rained the majority of the time there. Of course, that means some of it gets tracked in. We had swept at least 3 times when we were there and did our best to keep the dirt to a minimum. Our dog was with us as well, and there was some hair in the camper but we didn't think that would be too much of an issue considering the listing stated it was pet friendly. We had to leave very early in the morning to make our 11 hour drive home and when he came to pick it up we had gotten a nasty phone call about how we didn't pick up anything and there was garbage everywhere. We had one of the people that was staying with us still at the site and he went over to see what was going on. Turns out he was pissed we had left our half a trash bag still in the can and a few leftovers in to-go boxes in the fridge and took it upon himself to throw a temper tantrum and throw all of the food outside the camper onto the ground (right next to the trash can!!) And then tried to say that our friend needed to clean all that trash up even though he scattered it across the lawn himself. He then complained about the dirt around the shower but he had rugs covering the entire bathroom and we had no way to avoid stepping on them or clean them. We were only given a broom and dustpan and nothing else to try to clean up before we left. There was nothing in the listing about needing to clean specific things nor take the trash out but if he had we would have tried harder. During his temper tantrum we had found out the reason he was so angry was because he had only given himself a 2 hour turnaround time to get it delivered to the next person (which doesn't seem to be enough to fully disinfect the camper). He complained about having to clean everything so beware he may not actually fully clean everything.

Arther and Mark were quick to respond and very helpful with the questions we had regarding our stay and the camper. Everything was set up when we arrived and the camper was very clean. We did our best to leave it that way when we left. We would be likely to rent from Arther again next year if scheduling works out.

It was a perfect layout for our family. I like that the bunks are enclosed the long way so kids don't roll out of them and the additional outside refrigerator is convenient. It was also well stocked and the Keurig was a nice addition. Delivery charge was reasonable and overall it was a great experience.
