Great experience with Camp Hale, and wonderful support from the owner. Adam was highly-communicative throughout, and also readily available to answer questions during our first night at camp (we forgot how to lock the ladder in place, and Adam was able to walk us through it remotely, within minutes of us reaching out).As for Camp Hale, this was our first time pulling a trailer/tent like this, and it was truly a great trip. The trailer was super-easy to pull, and had plenty of ground clearance to get into some areas only accessible via 4-wheel drive. The bat-wing awning provided plenty of shelter during the afternoon rainstorms, and we loved how the entry to the tent was also protected during the rain. We had 5 consecutive days of 2+ hour thunderstorms with heavy rain, but remained completely dry and comfortable throughout. We definitely appreciated the rooftop tent vs. sleeping on the ground with so much rain.We also really appreciated the built-in LED lights on the awning and in the tent, which not only made getting around at night easy, but made for a very visually-appealing night-time setup. The kitchen setup with table was great, and Adam also offered chairs, although we had our own. Adam's new addition to the trailer, the instant hot water shower, was amazing. We might never be able to camp without an outdoor shower again. We also really, really enjoyed the propane fire pit, and would highly recommend it. The convenience of having an on-demand fire without smelling like a campfire days later was truly appreciated. We had so much fun, we forgot to take photos. In the photo below, we had already started to break down camp and had removed the poles that hold the awning over the tent window. We had also removed the poles and guy-lines from the bat-wing awning, but it comes equipped to be able to set up nicely even in the wind. Unfortunately you can't see the awning coverage from this angle, but it also covers the back of the trailer.
