This is the worst experience we ever had. The owner told my husband to wash the car before he could come. My husband took it and they washed it, and then he charged us again. He charged us a pet fee, but we have no idea why because we didn't take anything besides our daughters' teddy bears. This is a scam, and we will dispute it. We don't accept this scam. The hot water wasn't working, and the stove wasn't working!!!
