The owner discounted the rate because the fridge didn’t work and I appreciated that since it was originally out of my price range and my last owner cancelled 3 days before my trip. However, after being 3 hours late for delivery, it arrived with a dirty interior, with broken glass in the bathroom, drawers and kitchen area. One of the 3 glass panels for the shower door had shattered. I asked about it and then he did offer to sweep the shower door track so I could close the remaining 2 panels. I could not get the stove or microwave to work and after numerous promises of showing up, he did that evening. He got the stove to work (gas was off) and had a microwave delivered which was good. I bought some cleaning materials and cleaned the RV. There were no towels as advertised, no simple condiments. I was definitely grateful to have had a place to and would not be writing this now if I hadn’t been charged a cleaning fee! Outdoorsy kindly refunded the amount after I submitted a claim.
