I would not recommend renting this RV. I rented for a five day trip, however the RV was incompatible with my child's car seat and I had to return it within 2 hours of rental. The owners did not tell outdoorsy I had returned the RV and would not accept that I deserved any sort of refund, and would not negotiate on charging me anything less than the full five day trip.

Jaqueline was so helpful! Her videos, advise and personal walk-through that she gave up in pick were all extremely helpful. The rig was clean and functional. Any questions we had, she was more than happy to answer. We would def rent from her again.

Coachmen Prism RV was great. I was concern being a female if I could handle the drive by myself, it drove great and was not Complicated to set up for my stay. Thanks to Jacqueline for all the information you provided.

We rented the RV to take a vacation to the lake for a few days. The RV was great with sufficient storage and room for everything we needed. We were having such a good time we inquired about renting the RV for a few more days. Jaqueline, the owner was great assisting us with extending the rental. I would highly recommend this RV for a rental. It drove really good. Also the YouTube videos about the functionality of the RV were very helpful

Unfortunately a couple of days before our 6-day trip, they had to cancel due to the original booked RV needing some repairs. Jaqueline worked with us to find a solution to still go on a trip. She was able to rent us this RV for a shortened trip. We found a different camp site close by and moved up the trip by a day. While it was disappointing to not go on our trip to the Smokey Mountains, we are so thankful to still go on a little family vacation, even if it was only for a couple of days. This RV was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. It was our first experience in an RV as a family and it was everything we wanted. The videos she sends before the trip are beneficial to understand the RV. She is very thorough at pickup to go over all the instructions. We are thankful for her efforts to help us still go on our family trip. We look forward to more trips with their RVs in the future!
