About Joel Kent

My name is Joel, and I am the father of a Large family. My beautiful wife Jessica and I have 9 wonderful children that bring us much joy. We live in Orlando Florida and have had the privilege of vacationing here for the past 20+ years of our life. I also spent 2 years working for Mickey to get even closer to the magic. Family is a huge part of our everyday life which is why our family started renting our camper... in hopes of helping other families enjoy some quality time together. Once you rent from us, you're family! We hope you will see us as the same and tell your friends and family as well. When it comes to vacationing with a large family, things can get tricky and this is why we have compiled a list of Tips & Tricks to help you navigate large family living in a Camper. As well, if you are staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness we have a ton of useful "hacks" to enhance your time on the property!

Javier, As mentioned check out for the campground is at 11, we must have time to teardown in order to make that happen. Us showing up at 11 as you requested would not allow time for us to do what is needed to check out on time. However, Us showing up at 10:15 i feel was pretty fair. Sorry you felt this made you "leave early" Glad you had a good weekend other than that. Best of luck to you in the future. Please make late checkout arrangements with your next rental in the beginning of the process to make things easier. Thanks!

Joel was helpful and available whenever we had a question, both before and during our trip. The RV was exactly as described and pictured on Outdoorsy. It was well-stocked and had what we needed for a family trip to Disney World - sheets, chairs, kitchen dishes and utensils, etc. I would most definitely rent from Joel again in the future!

Great experience renting an RV for the 1st time through outdoorsy app. Joel was a great communicator & we literally had to do nothing to set the RV up. Spacious inside and although plenty of beds they aren’t the most comfortable beds or pillows. Perfect outdoor set up as well with outdoor rug & camping chairs and outdoor kitchen type space that we used for our s’mores set up.

Joel was so patient when there was a delay in getting our site number. He had everything setup and ready for us when we arrived. After traveling 8+ hours with 3 kids, it was a relief to just drop our bags and relax. The camper was stocked with everything we needed. No need to pack sheets or towels. The Keurig machine was perfect since it was just me drinking coffee. Pick up was a breeze. Joel took care of everything, we only packed our luggage. Awesome service. I would highly recommend.

We rented this camper for our stay with 2 adults and 2 small kids. Communication with Joel was great! Joel was prompt for drop-off and pick-up times. The camper itself was clean and spacious. We loved that the “j-cube” couch in the back room folded out to make a full/queen bed on the ground- perfect for the littles! The camper is fully stocked with everything you might need. We will definitely be renting again!

Great trip! Great experience! As first time campers, everything was shown to us and explained for us to have a great week. Joel answered any questions we had, even answering when we accidentally locked ourselves out later in the day. Overall, we had a great trip and would highly recommend this camper for families.

This is a Beautiful & Spacious RV it was a great home away from home. We have 5 beautiful children & my husband and I were traveling with grandma & grandpa. Each one of us slept comfortably. It was my first time camping and it was such a great experience so much so that I’m ready to go back out again. Jessica and Joel thought of everything. Our kids loved the Uno cards& scrabble board game. I love the outdoor kitchen, grill kit set, outdoor speakers for music while we ate and grilled. The fridge inside was spacious and the tub in the bathroom was a great Suprise for the kids. Very clean & they provide bathroom& pool towels for 10, silverware, plates, cups, cookware. Again it was a great home away for home for our large family.

We just had the best trip ever and it was all thanks to this rental! Joel was super helpful with how to use the camper all the way to providing tips on activities our family could enjoy on the camp grounds. This was our first camping trip as a family and we have never stayed in a camper before. We were totally clueless on how to use it! However, Joel was super responsive to any questions we had outside of what he had already walked us through initially.
Our family slept comfortably and we enjoyed using the fully stocked outdoor kitchen while the kids rode their bikes around the camp loop. The best part for us was being able to hook up our phones to the Bluetooth speakers and listen to Spotify inside and outside the camper. That was a nice touch.
We definitely want to come back! The only downside was that we didn't stay longer! Definitely give this camper a try! You are guaranteed a fantastic trip and even better family memories!!!
