The RV is so convenient, comfortable, and clean. The camper had everything: awning, camping chairs, tables, mat for the floor, hoses for water, kettle, firepit starter, even a bug cover so mosquitos everything you can think of! I went camping with my husband and 2 kids, and we were able to strap two car seats for the kids. There's running water for the sink so we can wash our hands, brush our teeth, wash our faces and fruits/food. Lights, fans, and outlet chargers were available and convenient for us to charge all our electronics. The bed was super comfortable, and fit me and the two kids. My husband slept on the bench that folds down to a bed. At night, the inside of the van wasn't cold and in the mid day, it wasn't hot, so the insulation was pretty good. It was nice because we can just pick up and go, no need to hook up or anything. It fits in a parking spot so we could also stop by the Outlets to shop on our way back without having to worry about parking difficulties. This van is great for first-timers as it has everything, super convenient and comfortable! hey went above and beyond to help us learn how to use the truck and worked with our schedule to pick up, we really appreciate it
