Very disappointed on day before taking possession the owner cancelled the location due to a mechanical problem. Our vacations were not as we haven planned.

Unfortunately, the customer immediately prior to your reservation encountered an issue with the RV, which required dealership repair service. As a result, the Roadtrek was not available for your start date. I apologize for canceling your reservation, but I had no alternative.

I take great pride in providing a high-quality experience by regularly maintaining my RV through Mercedes Dealer maintenance and RV Dealership maintenance. However, sometimes unexpected circumstances arise beyond my control.

Imagine going into a restaurant and everything is just the way you want it. The meal is outstanding, and the service is just the right balance of quick to respond to any request, without bothering you every minute.That's what just happened for my wife and me over the four day Thanksgiving vacation.The "host" - Robert - was super helpful and responded to any message I sent within minutes. He checked in on us once or twice to see if we were ok, but otherwise left us be. He had very few "rules" and made everything so pleasant. Meaning, he was laid back and encouraged us to enjoy ourselves.The van itself ran great, and has a very convenient layout and very nice fixtures and features. Heating, Stove, Large Fridge, Microwave, and of course, the most important thing, the TOILET all worked flawlessly. I particularly loved that he had a 1-cup Kurig coffee maker. It was SO convenient! With all the nice little things, It's obvious that this is the van he uses himself for his own trips - it's not just some rental business on wheels.My wife and I plan to book this van, though Robert, again as soon as we can.

Two best friends road tripping through Sedona and Grand Canyon for a trip of a lifetime. The camper van was awesome, had everything we needed and more! We wouldn’t have wanted to travel any other way and our expectations were exceeded with this rental. Bob the host was absolutely fantastic. Before our departure he provided great tips for places to go and was extremely prompt with responses for any questions we might have. We didn’t end up arriving in destination till over 12 hours later than anticipated and he was above accommodating and understanding. Using the camper was very straightforward and despite being 22ft long was easy to drive and handle in all areas. We would 10/10 recommend this rental and host and if we ever come back to the area we know who we would contact to rent again!
