Everything was overall excellent since the first day we met the host. This was our first time renting an RV, so during our stay we had a few questions in different occasions, and every time we called our host, he always answered and patiently explained our questions in a step by step way. Furthermore the RV was super clean, the host was really nice. So we definitely recommend him, and we are planning to use him again in the future.

DO NOT RENT AN RV FROM THESE PEOPLE. 1. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE MANAGER OF THE CAMPGROUND SAID THEY LITERALLY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HOOK UP THE RV. (I PAID FOR DELIVERY AND HOOK UP. IT WAS A FIASCO.) 2. THEY PROMISE A FULLY STOCKED CAMPER AND DO NOT DELIVER. THEY ONLY PROVIDED BEDDING FOR ONLY 1 OF THE 3 BEDS IN THE CAMPER. {OUR GROUP NEEDED 2 BEDS.) THEY PROVIDED 2 TOWELS, 2 WASH CLOTHS, AND 2 DISH TOWELS FOR 2 PEOPLE FOR A 5 DAY TRIP. RATHER THAN A FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN THERE WAS A STACK OF PAPER PLATES, SOME PLASTIC SILVER WARE, A COUPLE OF KNIVES AND 1 ROLL OF TOWELING. NO COFFEE CUPS OR CUPS AT ALL. {THEY DID SEND A WALMART DELIVERY BUT ONLY PROVIDED THIS AFTER THE 1ST NIGHT AND THEN ONLY SENT MORE OF WHAT THEY HAD IN THE RV.} 3. FINALLY, THEY SUBMITTED A BOGUS CLAIM AGAINST THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF 280.00$. I HAD TO BUY MY OWN SHEETS FOR $31 AT WALMART, AND DIDNT EVEN GET CREDIT FOR LEAVING THEM FOR THE HOSTS! RATHER THEY CHARGED ME $100.00 FOR PUMPING OUT THE TANKS (WE HAD ALREADY PAID A SERVICE TO DO THIS TWICE!) AND LEAVING FOOD AND 'CLOTHING' IN THE RV. THERE ARE NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS DETAILING THE OPERATION OF THE RV OR HOW IT SHOULD BE LEFT. WHEN I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE, ALL I GOT WERE SOME VERY STRANGE VIDEOS FROM GILBERT. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE UPON EXITING THE RV AND WAS TOLD NOTHING. I TRULY THINK THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION AND STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY CLAIMED THE 'GREY VALVE' WAS BROKEN [AND CHARGED $180 AGAINST THE SECURITY DEPOSIT) BUT STILL STATED THAT THEY HAD TO PUMP OUT THE TANKS THEMSELVES BECAUSE WE HAD FAILED TO DO IT.
SIMPLY STATED, WHAT THEY DO DOES`NT MATCH WHAT THEY SAY.

Hi Mary, as stated previously, we are new to Outdoorsy and we are still on a learning curve. I did make a call to see what was required just incase of a mistake on our behalf and I found out that sheets were required, because it was listed on my profile. I do take full accountability for that mishap. To rectify that, I had no problem providing them for you, 8:00 am the next morning of your trip. I expected that the 3 additional comforters, pillows and blankets were sufficient enough until the sheets arrived the next morning. As you did explain after the fact that there were only two guest. Outdoorsy, also let me know that coffee cups, bowls, mats and pots (which we did have in the draw) are all add on's. Typically, for an additonal fee. Typically, a customer would let the host know how many guest were attending before hand, so we could accommodate accurately. You were not there upon arrival as expected, so we could not do a walk through and that is why the videos were sent. We appreciate your kind jesture of leaving the half eaten food for us, but no thank you. Overall, it is very distasteful for you to call us scam artists, as you were very please with the camper (You said it was immaculate, clean and it had nice decor) You were
upset regarding items that you requested that were not in our description. (We even sent you each item that you requested) We have all the screenshots of everything, along with your order. You also bragged to outdoorsy about how it was a pleasure to work with us and you wished us the best. Also, I have pictures of the broken tank valve, along with the wet underwear and the mess that was left of the camper. For you to try to retaliate this way because of fees against your deposit is a true act of deformation of character. I hope you can be honest even in your anger.
I am confident that we provided amazing service, but I understand we did not meet your standards. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced.

Great experience. It was our first time in an RV and Gilbert explained everything we needed to know thoroughly. The RV was clean and in new condition. I would definitely rent again in the future and recommend anyone I know to rent from him. If you’re reading this review, this is the camper to book!
