Guest claimed to have cancelled via Outdoorsy two weeks ago, however on the Host end, it still showed as an active rental. I reached out to the guest to organize the key exchange, and that's when I was notified of the cancellation. Now Outdoorsy has blocked out the cancellation dates and no one else can rent the RV. Thank you guest and Outdoorsy!

The RV was clean and all set up and ready to enjoy. Tim and Diana were very helpful and accommodating with setting up RV. This was so easy and got to enjoy our vacation with no fuss.

Tim and Diana were so kind and helpful! Everything in the RV was in great condition. Our destination was EDC/Vegas and we had no issues what so ever! It was a perfect trip all thanks to Tim, Diana, and Minnie Winnie! 😊
