We recently had the pleasure of renting the Road Runner for a 3-day long road trip, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The Road Runner feels like a motorhome but drives like a SUV.Comfort and Space:
The layout is incredibly well-thought-out and efficient. The living area is spacious and cozy; the pivoting seats really helped the area feel spacious. The pop-up bed was larger than expected and easy to get into. There’s plenty of storage, so we had no trouble packing everything we needed for our adventure. The kitchen had nice amenities already stocked (like soaps, paper towels, washing supplies) which was great because we forgot them. The stove worked well and was easy to use.Driving Experience:
Driving the Road Runner was surprisingly easy. It handled well on highways and through winding backroads, with a smooth ride that made long stretches of driving feel less taxing. The backup camera and was a huge help when maneuvering in tight spaces. It didn’t feel bulky, making it a great option for first-time motorhome renters.Technology and Features:
The van was equipped with modern technology and a touch screen control in the front. The GPS was spot on and it saved us because we haven’t been up to flagstaff before. We couldn’t remember how to turn off the light in the back but thankfully I texted Brandon and he responded right away and told us where the switch was.Throughout our week on the road, we had no issues with the vehicle at all. Brandon was quick to respond and very flexible on timing. We are looking to book another trip in December already!Jon
