The trip was sensational. Wouldnt have been the same without the rv. Hottest weekend of the year which made driving a little tough for those in the back but overall an exceptional experience. Would definitely reccomend and rent again.

Car broke down for over half of our trip. Offered us only 1 day refund but didn’t give it to us. Then he took our whole security deposit even though he only listed $590 in insurance he took our entire $1500. He’s a thief who just capitalized on a young, inexperienced couple.

As you were told during drop off, the charges collected are to cover the cost of the serious structural damage caused to the rear end of the vehicle while in your care which you refuse to take any responsibility for. You
And for the cleaning fee (which you were given ample opportunity to clean during drop off when it should’ve been done and ready prior to drop off. The vehicle was still left with stains in the kitchen and sink, dirty dishes, water all over the kitchen, bad food left in the fridge, garbage left in the closets, stains on the bed sheet. You were provided with all the necessary cleaning supplies and the opportunity to clean). It also covered the cost of late fee when you arrived an hour late of the scheduled time agreed as per your convenience and making me miss my appointment. You were afforded the flexibility of late drop off without any additional charges.

Our trip was amazing !! The campervan was comfy, clean and easy to drive ! The owner was easy to talk to, flexible and available. he made sure our trip went smoothly :) I highly recommend.
The only point was that we've rented it especially for the shower but we discovered that it was not fixed in the end. But despite that, that was perfect !! Thank you for renting us your van ! :)
For renters : be aware that it consumes a lot of gas if you're going to the mountains. But it is obvious when you drive this type of vehicle :)
