Hey Guys, my wife Heather and I are sharing our love for camping by providing travel trailers for rent. It’s a whole family ordeal even our son Mason wants to help make sure we provide a great experience. When we’re not busy with our every day jobs or getting ready for our next guest we love getting out exploring the provincial parks of Ontario!

The host was great and accommodating. The experience was not. The trailer filled with propane fumes making it uninhabitable. Although the host has a carbon monoxide alarm in the trailer, it would not detect the propane. We had to cancel after a single night. Outdoorsy was quick to return the agreed upon amount for the rental.
Zach’s answer
We do apologize that you were not able to complete your stay. At such a difficult time for the family. However after we brought the unit home and tested everything, we let the furnace run and we did not have any propane fumes in the camper. The propane/Carbon monoxide detector was tested and found to be in good working order.
While things do break from time to time we do our very best to maintain our unit and we are very confident it was not propane in the trailer.

This was our first time RV'ing, Zach made our experience seamless. His rv was equipped clean and had all the essentials and novelties to make us lifers in the rv world. The outdoor kitchen is so great 👌🏽. Thanks again hill top we'll be back.
