The only positive thing I can say is that she did deliver the unit on the same day as promised. Everything from there was downhill! She arrived with the unit and then claimed she was unable to back up her truck and trailer and asked if I could. I did. We had a dinner we were leaving for and she stated she would leave the key on the counter. What we found was a huge wad of keys- so it was a joke trying to figure out which one opened the door. The unit was filthy: pet hair everywhere, actual dirty sheets on the bed (why?) and urine and pubic hair on the toilet! The door clasp didn’t function properly so getting out was very difficult which could have actually been dangerous. She had failed to turn on the gas so for the first 2 days there was no hot water. The stove/oven never did work. She assured me we would get a refund from outdoorsy for $75 yet instead charged us an additional $50, claiming we cut the nylon strap on the tv. This is a blatant lie. Why would anyone do this? Want a nightmare, book with Karen!
