At first experience was great! He knew I was taking the camper to muddy bottoms, then proceeds to say I got carpet dirty even though they are responsible for cleaning. Then proceeds to take rest of deposit for smoking even though I do not smoke!! I was the only one besides my gf in the camper and neither of us smoke I vape and done it outside!! Very unprofessional considering nothing was said when I dropped camper back off!

He was nice very welcoming everything went perfect at the showing of the rv he explained things to me I didn't get from my 1st rv experience overall a great experience with him I would gladly rent his rv again
