Kristen is so dependable! She's very conscientious, communicates very well, and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure everything was in great working order and clean. The trailer was well-stocked with dishes, pots & pans, knives, tableware, towels, etc. We had everything we needed! She and her husband delivered the trailer and set it all up. I loved it like it was an airbnb! :)

Simply amazing. There was little to remember because of how prepared the host was. The host was extremely communicative and was willing to answer any questions we had. The RV was absolutely amazing and although we were going to do no TV for the kids we had a rainy day and the host provided kids DVD selection came in to save the day. You cannot go wrong renting with Kristen.
