When the RV was picked up and delivered to the campsite by my family, my daughter and sister-in-law called me to let me know to make sure I brought Clorox cleaner out there to clean the camper that it had not been cleaned. I noticed I was charged a $100 cleaning fee, which I would assume the RV would have been spotless… As in previous times when I've rented an RV. There was already an empty beer bottle in the garbage can under the sink....when I went to open the refrigerator, there was Gatorade that had been opened and drank out of. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned out and wiped down. I took all the side compartments off and wash them wiped everything out for you and put them back, as far as the AC goes, you could fill cool air coming out of it....not enough to cool the trailer down so at that point I ended up having to get a portable AC unit to put in there so that it would be comfortable. I end up spraying down all of your cabinets and countertops and cleaned. As far as the bathroom goes I did not use it because it was so dirty....I do know that a couple kids went in and used the bathroom but no more than maybe 10 flushes the whole four days. So I would hope that would not fill that black tank to the full level it was showing. The mattress.... I hope maybe you would consider replacing since there is no way anyone can sleep comfortably on it since it was falling to the center I even went out and bought an egg crate to see if that would help, I spent two nights in the trailer the rest of the time I drove 50 mins home and then back out the next day to be with other family members who were camping.
I think if I am going to rent the trailer out to people in the future I may would put a little more effort into supplying what is needed and taking the hundred dollars you get for cleaning and have someone clean it out after every use. I know when I rent condos , everything is supplied that I need in that unit and they make sure they are clean. Everything just needs to be wiped down and cleaned really good before you rent this out to others. Not sure why the A/C could not cool the RV down. I think my biggest upset was that I was charged a $100.00 cleaning fee and the trailer was not clean when picked up. When I returned it was emptied and cleaned.

Thank you again for the feedback but as you quoted me hold true. The tanks were cleaned out with very expensive treatment additive and flushed out to empty before picking it up. I'm not sure what happened at your campsite prior to your arrival. I'm replacing the mattress as the stock Jayco is not perfect. I've supplied the rv with more supplies. Your driver did just drop and go without showing what issues you've experienced. Leaving me with dirty baby diapers in trash
